The heaviest rain moved over the county Sunday overnight, bringing rainfall amounts to nearly 4 inches over Palomar Mountain and near 1.55 inches for Oce anside. Through Monday night, additional rainfall could range from 0.10 to 0.25 inches near the coast to 0.50 to 0.75 inches in the mountains, the National Weather Service said.
