(BCN) -- Golden Gate Bridge drivers should expect delays Thursday as crews wrap up midday roadway maintenance before returning for overnight seismic retrofit work. The midday lane closures begin at 9:30 a.m., with the bridge scheduled to reopen by 2 p.m. The work is part of a weeklong series of clo sures, with the next round scheduled for Nov. 2 to 5. Blue Angels practice schedule for Fleet Week Then at 9 p.m., crews will close some lanes for seismic retrofit construction. Both northbound and southbound traffic will remain open during the overnight work, but delays are possible.
