ORANGE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is facing 100 additional child sexual abuse material (CSAM) charges in Orange County after he was already charged with animal sex crimes over the summer. On Monday, Sept. 28, Investigator B. Gilbert presented additional evidence from this investigation to an Orang e County Grand Jury. As a result, William Napier of the county's Gordonsville was indicted on 100 more CSAM charges: One count of possession of CSAM 99 counts of second or subsequent possession of CSAM These charges are in addition to the charges previously obtained during the investigation in August 2026, in which he faced two counts of sexual abuse of an animal. "The Orange County Sheriff’s Office would like to recognize Investigator B. Gilbert for his continued work on this case. Investigations involving child sexual abuse material are complex and time intensive, requiring the careful review and documentation of digital evidence," the sheriff's office said in a Facebook post. "The Orange County Sheriff’s Office remains committed to investigating crimes involving the exploitation of children and holding offenders accountable through the criminal justice system."
