Roughly 15 people are in the hospital after a memorial ride ended in a major crash on I-84 in Caldwell.According to a news release from Idaho State Police, the crash happened at around noon on Saturday near milepost 28.A group o f motorcycles was traveling westbound for a memorial ride when a crash occurred involving 7 vehicles and 25 motorcycles.
