RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A celebration of arts and culture will return this October with opportunities to enjoy the local art scene all month long. 8News anchors Delaney Hall and Madison Moore spoke with Calie Bain, community engagement strategist with CultureWorks, and Ron Stokes, local artist an d founder of The Art Seen, about ArtoberVA and what attendees can expect at the 11th annual celebration. "It's a campaign, it's an awareness month where we are just essentially encouraging the community to get involved in all of the incredible local arts that Richmond and our region has to offer," Bain said.
