BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A preliminary hearing for a 29-year-old man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl was postponed to November. Antonio Rafael Gomez-Martinez on Tuesday received a new attorney and his preliminary hearing was pushed back to Nov. 4. He has pleade d not guilty.
