Le Ray, N.Y. - Troopers have identified a woman who was killed Sunday in a head-on collision near Fort Drum.Cassandra M. Thomas, 31, of Deferiet, Jefferson County, was the passenger in a car which attempted to pass a vehicle in front of it before slamming into an oncoming SUV, troopers said.
