Hawaii’s firearms laws are once again in the crosshairs of gun rights activists who feel overly burdened by existing regulations. A case wending its way through the courts appears headed for the U.S. Supreme Court and could enjoin enforcement of two ownership provisions that might run afoul of the most current interpretation of the Second Amendment.
