(KRON) -- The California Highway Patrol activated a Silver Alert on behalf of the Milpitas Police Department for a missing 83-year-old man last seen Friday morning. David Cheng was last seen around 8:30 a.m. near Meadowland Drive and Silver lake Drive in Milpitas. He is described as 5'7", 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
