An armed, masked suspect stole cash and tobacco products from a Wilmington store Friday night, according to Delaware State Police. At approximately 9:10 p.m., troopers responded to Eagle Tobacco on Miller Road for a report of an armed robbery. Troopers said the investigation revealed that the masked suspect, who was wearing dark clothing, entered the business, displayed a firearm and demanded cash and tobacco products. According to state police, the clerk complied with the suspect’s demands. The suspect then fled the area. No one was injured in the incident, officials said. The investigation is ongoing.
