TANGIPAHOA mdash; The Tangipahoa Parish School System announced a "Pink Shirt and Jean Day" to raise money for Mary Bird Perkins and St. Jude Research Hospital, according to the academic organization.The "Jean Day" will be held on Monday, Oct. 5; students and employees can participate with a $1 don ation and are also welcome to wear a pink shirt.nbsp;The school system reminded students that jeans and shirts cannot have holes, rips or inappropriate words or graphics.Permalink| Comments ...read more read less
