On Friday at 5:27 a.m. the National Weather Service released a coastal flood warning valid from 6 p.m. until Sunday 6 p.m. for Westchester County."Two to three feet of inundation above ground level expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline," states the weather service.
