(KRON) -- One person was hospitalized following a vehicle collision Thursday, according to the Contra Costa County Fire Department. The Walnut Creek Police Department said the crash happened in the 1900 block of Tice Valley Boulevard. Fire crews arrived on scene less than five minutes after the 3: 44 p.m. traffic incident.
