(KRON) -- The Livermore Police Department said officers responded earlier this month for a report of a collision in a residential neighborhood after a driver allegedly struck an unoccupied parked vehicle. "During the investigation, officers determined the driver was impaired," Livermore police said in a social media post Thursday. "Testing showed the driver’s blood alcohol concentration was nearly four times the legal limit." The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, according to police. No injuries were reported. Police added, "Driving impaired puts everyone at risk - not just the driver, but passengers, pedestrians, bicyclists, and everyone else sharing the road. "One decision can prevent a tragedy.
