Sept. 25, or 9/25, has been set aside as a time to celebrate country legend Dolly Parton and her well-known generosity. Parton’s adopted hometown of Nashville, not far from her birthplace in Sevier County, is celebrating with a variety of offers, events, activities and even fireworks.
