Singer Hilary Duff is extending her Lucky Me Tour – and Baltimore is one of the 32 dates she’s added to her list. Duff will now perform at Baltimore’s CFG Bank Arena on Oct. 6. If fans miss her in Charm City, their next closest concert will be at Giant Center in Hershey, Pennsylvani a, on Oct. 9. Fans can sign up for the presale now through Sept. 27 at 3 p.m. The presale will then open Sept. 29 at 12 p.m. Duff rose to fame on the Disney Channel, starring in the “Lizzie McGuire” television show and movie.
