(WGHP) -- September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month. It's an inherited blood disorder usually diagnosed in childhood. Dr. Alex George, a pediatric hematologist at Atrium Health Levine Children's Brenner Children's Hospital, joined us for the FOX8 House Call to talk more about the disease.
