Authorities have found no evidence to back up a report that an injured girl was spotted at the scene of a rollover crash Sunday night in Redwood City, police said. The crash occurred about 10:40 p.m. on northbound U.S. Highway 101 at the overpass north of Woodside Road. The suspect fled the scene on foot, authorities said.
