CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WRIC) -- An 18-year-old man was arrested following his connection to a shooting at a Charlottesville mall in early September. On Saturday, Sept. 19, the Charlottesville Police Department announced it had arrested a man in connection with a shooting incident at the Downtown Mal l that occurred on Saturday, Sept. 12. Officials stated that 18-year-old Kejuan Augustus Anthony was charged with attempted malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felony.
