WELLS COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – Flooding continues to impact communities across the region. Bluffton received between eight and 10 inches of rain over the past few days, prompting residents to fill thousands of sandbags. Wells County officials say another one to three inches of rain could worsen flood ing this weekend. Residents needing assistance are encouraged to call 2-1-1. The county says the sand is available but more volunteers are needed to fill the sandbags.
