Update: Deputies say Elijah Fisher, 19, is in custody. KERSHAW CO., S.C. (WOLO) – Kershaw County deputies say they’re currently searching for a shooting suspect who ran in his underwear this morning. According to investigators, earlier this morning, they were executing a search warrant at the suspect’s residence when he fled on foot. Deputies say he’s a black male wearing only his underwear when he ran. He’s wanted in connection to a shooting incident two weeks ago. There are a large number of deputies in the area of Eskie Dixon Road and Watts Hill Road in Elgin. Authorities ask residents to stay indoors. They also advise to call 911 immediately if you see anything suspicious or believe you have information about the suspect’s whereabouts.
