CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A couple has been arrested after police say their seven dogs mauled three people. Rodney and Rychelle Morrow face multiple charges including animal cruelty and dangerous dog attack. It happened in northwest Charlotte last month in the the Claiborne Woods neighborhood. The seve n dogs spilled out of a moving U-Haul truck after hitting a bump. Police say the driver never stopped. The pack mauled three people. A responding deputy used a taser and shot one dog dead. Police also say the dogs were registered as emotional support animals.
