LEBANON, Ind. (WISH) — Lebanon-based Witham Health Services signed an affiliation agreement with Fort Wayne-based Parkview Health on Wednesday. Witham first announced its plans in April. Boone County government exercises control over Witham by operating it as a county-owned hospital system. The affiliation agreement remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory review, which is expected to take at least 90 days. Pending this review, the organizations anticipate finalizing the affiliation in January.
