The Maryland Department of Health is warning that there has been a spike of depressant adulterants in the illegal drug supply that is spanning across multiple counties and the city of Baltimore. MDH’s Rapid Analysis of Drugs found about five percent of illegal drugs sampled tested positive for benzodiazepines between April and July.
