(BCN) -- The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for the owner of a boat that was found near Discovery Bay, with the owner's belongings left inside, the agency said over the weekend. The boat was found Friday with the engine off, a stereo playing, keys on board, and a cell phone inside. The owner has bee n identified as Alan Wright Wokas. Photo: U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Francisco The 20-foot vessel, manufactured by Moomba, was located in the vicinity of Old River near Discovery Bay, approximately 1 mile north of the Highway 4 Old River Bridge.
