A person was rescued after falling off a cliff near Panther Beach in Santa Cruz on Sunday, Cal Fire CZU said. Cal Fire CZU said on Sunday afternoon, a person fell between 25-30 feet off a cliff south of Panther Beach, landing on a rock shelf.
