FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A memorial is planned Sunday in Allen County to mark the first anniversary of conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s death. Kirk was killed last year after being shot during a Turning Point USA event in Utah. The Allen County chapter of Club America is hosting th e event from 6 until 8 p.m. at Harvest Fellowship Church.
