Chicago police are investigating the death of a 1-year-old girl who was found wounded and unresponsive in West Ridge on Saturday morning, police said.The unidentified child was found with visible injuries to her lower body at about 11:40 a.m. along the 2600 block of West Rosemont Avenue, according t o police.She was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in critical condition, where she died, police said.Area 3 detectives are investigating the death, police said.
