LIVINGSTON mdash; Residents in Livingston Parish took to the waterways on Saturday as part of the Love the Waterways Campaign.nbsp;The effort is the state's first cleanup aimed at tackling litter and debris in rivers, lakes and shorelines.According to Livingston Parish Fire Protection District #9, waterways make up a large area of the fire district.
