CLINTON mdash; Residents in East Feliciana Parish will be without power on Sunday night due to a planned power outage, according to the East Feliciana Parish Sheriff's Office.nbsp;Entergy said the outage will occur at 10 p.m. on Sunday night as crews shut down the main transmission line between Jac kson and Clinton for maintenance.nbsp;The outage is expected to last about an hour.
