Police are investigating after a block party at a residential complex was interrupted by gunfire last weekend, according to the Upper Dublin Township Police Department. The shooting happened around 10:40 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5 at the Pennrose North Hills Manor on the 300 block of Linden Avenu e in the North Hills neighborhood of Upper Dublin Township, police explained.
