KOKOMO, Ind. (WISH) — The identity of the man who died Wednesday following a crash at a major intersection in Kokomo has been released. The crash happened just after 7:45 p.m.Wednesday, at U.S. 31 North and State Road 26, on the city’s south side. According to the Howard County Coroner ’s Office, the victim was identified the man as Joshua Randall Rhoads, 47, of Indianapolis. The coroner’s office says Rhoads died from multiple blunt force injuries. His death was ruled an accident, and his family has been notified.
