  ¡VIVA! At Mexico Ceaty is Celebrating Mexican Independence Sept. 12-16       ¡VIVA! At Mexico Ceaty Brings A Five-Day Mexican Independence Celebration To The River Walk.   What: Mexico Ceaty, Chef Jason Dady’s immersive dining and cultural destination on the San Antonio River Walk, commem orates Mexican independence with ¡VIVA! at Mexico Ceaty, a five-day celebration running Saturday, Sept. 12, through Wednesday, Sept. 16. The week builds from a high-energy weekend kickoff to a mariachi-filled Independence Day finale, with festive drinks, food specials and live entertainment woven throughout The Plaza, Dos Cantinas and beyond.     Programming includes: VIVA! Weekend Kickoff (Saturday, Sept. 12): The party begins in The Plaza, Mexico Ceaty’s vibrant gathering area, with mariachi, featured drinks and food specials, and a dedicated ¡VIVA! photo moment. There will also be a special activation in The Mercado, Mexico Ceaty’s marketplace and “memory-maker,” offering a rotating collection of artisan goods, imported foods, cookbooks and more.     Mexican Breakfast: Independence Edition (Sunday, Sept. 13): Mariachi perform throughout Mexico Ceaty’s signature Mexican Breakfast at Dos Cantinas. Highlights from the Mexican Breakfast menu include Pozole Verde a la Alcorta, a hearty, slow-simmered pork pozole with nixtamal corn, green cabbage and fresh jalapeños; the Barbacoa Big Red, one pound of house-made barbacoa with fresh tortillas and Big Red on ice; and Conchas Mexican Hot Chocolate fresh from Dulce Aroma. The bar features Mexico Ceaty’s brunch cocktail lineup, including the CDMX Mimosa, Bloody Maria and Carajillo.   The ¡VIVA! Build Up (Monday, Sept. 14, Tuesday, Sept. 15): Independence-themed food and drink specials remain available across Mexico Ceaty as the countdown to Sept. 16 builds toward the week’s finale.     Mexican Independence Day Celebration (Wednesday, Sept. 16): The week’s hero event: a ¡VIVA! Hour followed by mariachi and live entertainment!
