Dawnne Keeney, a Crescent Sotheby’s International Realty agent who was involved in one of the seven-figure sales, said English Turn, Algiers Point, and Old Gretna remain extremely popular, with most homes selling in under 100 days across all price points. She noted that of the 770 single-family homes, townhouses, and condos sold on the West Bank in the last six months, 626 of them sold in 120 days or less. “After years of the West Bank and its various newer neighborhoods, like English Turn and Parks of Plaquemines, seeming too far from New Orleans proper, people are feeling the need for more space and a slower lifestyle and are embracing these communities again,” Keeney said. “The West Bank is definitely having a heyday.” 19 Pebble Beach Ln,. It was the second time Verderosa was involved in a transaction for the property, having represented the buyers when the previous homeowners purchased 221-23 Pelican Ave. in 2018. He said the home drew immediate attention because of its location, double lot, and the detailed renovation his clients completed over the past several years. “It is a phenomenal property in a phenomenal location, just a block from the ferry,” Verderosa said. “You have a double lot, a tremendous renovation – designers brought in from California, fixtures from Europe, and details that really made the house shine.
