CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are looking for answers after a man was shot and killed in east Charlotte late Monday night. Officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call just before 10 on Marvin Road. When police arrived, they found a man who had been shot. He died at the scene.
