ST. FRANCISVILLE mdash; A parish-wide burn ban in West Feliciana was lifted on Tuesday.The parish has had a burn ban in effectnbsp;since Aug. 21nbsp;due to extreme heat and dry conditions. West Feliciana's burn ban was the fourth in the area, following Tangipahoa, St. Helena and East Feliciana.
