A water rescue investigation is underway on Monday night, according to the Chester City Fire Department. The Upper Darby Fire Department Chief confirmed to NBC10 that their crews were called to assist with the search for a man missing in the water. NBC10 crews were at the scene near 2nd Stre et and Edgmont Avenue at Ethels Water Park in Chester, Delaware County, around 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 7 where we saw at least one ambulance and a lot of emergency personnel.
