Triana, MNM, CFRE, CAP, has joined the organization as chief development officer. A seasoned philanthropy executive and longtime member of the Miami community, Triana will lead Camillus House’s comprehensive revenue strategy, bringing together donors, community partners, and other resources to advance the organization’s mission across Miami-Dade County. Her work will help advance Camillus House’s commitment to hospitality, healing, and housing, ensuring individuals have access to compassionate care, critical support services, and pathways to stable housing and long-term independence. For Triana, the appointment also marks a return to Camillus House, where she previously served as a development officer. “Returning to Camillus House is incredibly meaningful to me, as I have seen firsthand the extraordinary impact this organization has on people’s lives,” Triana said. “Our donors and community partners make it possible to provide more than a meal or a place to sleep. Their generosity helps people access healthcare, find housing, rebuild their confidence, and create pathways to long-term stability and self-sufficiency. I look forward to connecting with others who believe everyone deserves the opportunity for a fresh start with dignity and hope.” Following her earlier tenure at Camillus House, she led major gifts and planned giving strategies for the Broward Public Library Foundation before joining the American Cancer Society, where she spent more than seven years building meaningful relationships with philanthropists, foundations, and community leaders to advance transformational giving and drive organizational growth. “Jessica understands both the power of philanthropy and the heart of Camillus House because she has seen firsthand what our work means to the people we serve,” said Eddie Gloria, Camillus House CEO. “Her experience and deep connections within the community will help bring together the donors, partners, and resources that allow us to provide housing, healthcare, and other essential services to individuals and families working toward a more stable future.” Triana is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation from The American College of Financial Services. She earned a Master of Nonprofit Management from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida International University.
