INDIANAPOLIS (WRTV) Police are investigating after three people were shot at an apartment complex Sunday night on the citys near west side.According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, at 9:30 p.m., officers res ponded to the 2900 block of West Washington Street, an apartment complex called The Plaza At Central Greens, on reports of a person shot.Arriving officers found three victims with gunshot wounds. IMPD said two victims were taken to the hospital in stable condition, and the third person was taken in critical condition.
