More than a dozen people were taken to the hospital due to a variety of medical concerns during a concert at Discovery Meadow Friday night, authorities said. The San Jose Fire Department said it responded to an outdoor concert at Discovery Meadow at around 8:22 p.m. after receiving reports of mul tiple people requiring medical attention. According to authorities, a total of 14 ambulances responded, and 14 people were taken to local hospitals; previously, the police department said at least 10 people were taken to the hospital.
