PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — The Rhode Island Chinese Dragon Boat Races and Taiwan Day Festival took place Saturday. The annual event happened along the Festival Pier in Pawtucket, and also included the family-friendly Taiwan Day Festival.
