Newstead, N.Y. — A Rochester woman died early Friday when a tractor-trailer collided with her disabled pickup truck that was on the shoulder of the Thruway in Erie County, troopers said.Olive H. Wesley, 62, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Interstate 90 in Newstead, troopers said in a news release.
