On Thursday at 11:53 p.m. an updated flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Friday at 2:15 a.m. for Erie, Livingston and Wyoming counties."At 11:53 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inc hes of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly," states the weather service.
