The child was found unresponsive on the side of the highway, according to police.Eastbound lanes appeared to have been shut down for several miles around the area while a response was underway. They have since reopened as of 3:42 p.m.The current condition of the child is not known. Police say they were taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital by Springfield Township Medics.This incident remains under investigation.
