The National Weather Service released a flash flood warning at 10:19 p.m. on Wednesday in effect until Thursday at 1:15 a.m. for Steuben County."At 10:19 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen with additiona l showers and thunderstorms moving in. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly," explains the weather service.
