Two people — a man and a woman — who were riding an e-bike in Northeast Philly overnight — have been hospitalized after, police said, they crashed while running a red light. According to police, a man in his 30s is in critical condition while a 27-year-old woman was stable at a local hospit al following a crash that happened at about 12:13 a.m. at the intersection of Cottman and Algon avenues in Northeast Philly.
