DANVILLE, Ind. A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash involving a passenger vehicle early Friday morning at the West Split intersection of U.S. Highway 36 and East Main Street in front of Kroger.The crash occurred shor tly before 5 a.m., according to the Danville Police Department.The motorcyclist was transported to a medical facility to be treated for serious injuries.Members of the Danville Police Departments Investigations Division Crash Reconstruction Team responded to the scene to reconstruct the crash and determine the circumstances surrounding the collision.The crash closed westbound U.S. 36 along with the eastbound turn lane onto East Main Street for several hours.Police are trying to figure out what caused the crash. ...read more read less
