A crash and fuel spill early Tuesday morning is blocking a connector ramp in the MacArthur Maze and is backing up traffic on Interstate Highway 80, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash was reported shortly before 2:40 a.m. on the ramp from westbound Interstate Highway 80 to Inter state Highways 580 and 880. The crash remained blocked as of shortly after 7 a.m. and was backing up traffic on westbound I-80.
