INDIANAPOLIS Good news for drivers and businesses in Fountain Square Shelby Street is back open between Sanders Street and Pleasant Run Parkway North Drive.According to the Department of Public Works (DPW), fresh pavement has been laid along the corridor, and crews have made significant progress on new concrete sidewalks and curb installation.Work continues on the cycle track barrier. Paving and concrete restoration on both Cottage Avenue and Olive Street are complete.The reopening is welcome relief for local businesses that took a hit during months of construction.
