Trevor Ozawa might have been slow to appeal Tommy Waters being on the ballot, but the law is the law (“Ozawa challenge takes advantage of timeline,” Star-Advertiser, Letters, Aug. 17). Judge James Ashford ruled Waters ineligible for a third term. The City Charter clearly limits running for more than two consecutive terms.
